Had an awesome time at this place! The spa treatments were top-notch and the pool area was super relaxing, perfect for unwinding. The only thing that could be improved is the wait time at the beach bar, but overall, I loved it! 🌴

Perfect for a Family Getaway!

We had a wonderful experience here, the staff was like family, especially Raul Diaz who welcomed us with a sweet note and candies for the kids! And the room. Room 1951 had those amazing corner views of the ocean, we felt like royalty.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but we thought it was still reasonable for what we got.

eden roc is beautiful! we loved the stylish infinity edge pool with ocean views – perfect for relaxing. it’s a bonus that the beach is just a short walk down the steps. beach staff were great and super helpful, which made our stay even better!

I loved the beautiful view from my room, which made mornings feel special. The pool area is well-designed and felt inviting. However, the pool service was lacking—took forever to get a drink. I also found that the dining options could be better. The food was often overpriced for the quality, and the breakfast could seriously use more options. I encountered a few cleanliness issues in common areas that detracted from the overall experience. On one occasion, I noticed dirty tables around the pool that could’ve used immediate attention. Communication with the front desk was inconsistent. some requests took way longer than expected, and I felt ignored at times. Despite these hiccups, the hotel did have a nice vibe and attentive staff when they were available. Overall, it was a decent stay but could benefit from better maintenance and faster service.
